Feb. 16: firefighters responded to a structure fire at 432 W. Crowder Rd., where a resident had noticed a small amount of fire on the back porch of the home. Feb. 13: firefighters provided mutual aid to the Grundy County Rural Fire Protection District at a structure fire at 550 Southwest 54th St. No injuries were reported and no cause has been determined.
