A Spickard woman is being held on cash bond after being arrested for failing to appear in court on a charge of conspiracy to commit second degree burglary.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Machelle Dowell was arrested at the Chillicothe Correctional Center on the charge, which is a class C felony. She is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond and was scheduled to be in court today.
