Additional charges have been filed against a Trenton man who was already in custody on a weapons charge.
Erik J. Wattenbarger, 39, has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender. He was due to register on April 24 and did not do so as required by law. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash-only. He was already being held on $15,000 cash-only bond after failing to appear in court on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm. Wattenbarger is scheduled to appear in court May 27.
