Charges Filed For Bad Checks

Charges of passing bad checks have been filed against a former Trenton resident.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Adam N. McClain, a 23-year-old resident of Stewartsville, has been arrested and charged with passing bad checks in connection with an incident in which he allegedly wrote a $390 check to Morse and Sons Properties on April 15, 2013. He has posted $850 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court May 27.
