March 8: an illegal burn was investigated at Lakeside Place.
March 10: a fire safety inspection was conducted at Trenton Cinema and mutual aid was provided to the Grundy County Rural Fire Protection District at Lake Wittona. Firefighters were called to a gas spill at a hangar at the Trenton Municipal Airport and provided assistance at a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 65 and 28th Street.
March 14: firefighters participated in the Second Annual Guns ‘n Hoses game.
March 15: firefighters were called to a fire behind a garage at 1709 Carnes St.
March 16: a tour of the fire station was given to a Girl Scout troop.
March 17: fire safety inspections were conducted at Snappy’s Tavern and Pizza Hut and a service call was made on Ninth Street in front of Hy-Vee where anti-freeze was on the street.
