Two Arrested On Separate Charges

Two women were arrested recently on separate charges, including one who is accused of stealing a debit card and using it.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Donna L. Zeigler of Independence, has been charged with two felonies, stealing without consent and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device. She is accused of appropriating a debit card owned by Patricia Latham on March 12 and using it to make unauthorized purchases. She is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 25.
Also arrested was Aywak J. William, 18, Milan, who failed to appear in court on an original charge of speeding. She has posted $300 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 25.
