Several persons were arrested over the weekend by law enforcement officials.
Three persons were arrested on Sunday by the Trenton Police Department and are being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on Grundy County warrants.
Marc Gardner, 30, Carrie McClain, 35 and Rebecca Jo McCrane, all of Trenton, are being held on $50,000 cash only bonds. They are each charged with three counts: possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana; unlawful use of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine; and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution. The warrants stated they possessed methamphetamine and attempted to destroy evidence during their arrests. They were all listed as prior offenders and are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 25.
Patricia Eckert, 40, Galt, is being held on a Grundy County warrant charging her with identity theft or attempt. She is accused of using a personal checking account number of Dr. Dale Alumbaugh as a form of identification which resulted in the theft of money in excess of $5,000. She was listed as a prior and persistent offender. She is being held on $25,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 25.
Tyler Wilson, 21, Trenton, is charged with first degree burglary. He is being held on a $25,000 cash -only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 25. He is accused of entering a building at 84 NW 60th St. owned by Kurtis Hollon for the purpose of stealing. He is being held on $25,000 cash only bond and is to appear in court on Feb. 25.
Cory Hines, 27, Trenton, is accused of operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid operator’s license, third offense. He is being held on $10,000 cash or corporate surety bond and is to appear in court on Feb. 25.
Stephanie Critten, 34, Jamesport, was arrested on three charges of failure to appear in court. Her charges were stealing, passing bad checks and second degree burglary. She is being held in the GCDC on $100 cash-only bond on each charge and scheduled to appear in court on March 13.
