A Laredo man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested for non-support.
Acording to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Benjamin Milazzo, 36, was arrested on Saturday by the sheriff’s department on a warrant charging him with felony non-support by being over 12 months in arrears for court-ordered support of minor children.
His bond has been set at $2,000 cash-only and is to appear in court on Dec. 10.
