A Trenton man is being held on cash bond, facing three charges.
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reported that Jacky E. Kennedy, 36, was arrested for incidents occurring Saturday. He is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and resisting a lawful detainer by fleeing from officers.
He is being held on $4,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
