Two women have been arrested and are being held in the Grundy County Detention Center.

According to information provided by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Rebecca A. Gamble of Trenton has been charged with stealing: without consent, a class C felony. She is accused of stealing Kennedy half-dollars, silver dollars, Centennial dollars and other coins, which were owned by Charles and Mary Langewisch. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash-only and she is scheduled to appear in court June 25.
Also arrested was Sherill F. Stotts of Chillicothe, who was picked up at the Department of Corrections and brought to the GCDC for failing to appear in court on a charge of passing bad checks. Her bond is $15,000 cash or corporate surety and she was scheduled to appear in court today.
