Woman Charged With Violating Order
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Tracy L. Black, 41, is charged with the misdemeanor and is accused of violating the order by disturbing the peace of Bobbie Jo Dunkin by banging on the walls of her apartment and calling out profanities.
Ms. Black is being held on $2,500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 14.
