Three Are Facing Charges

Three persons have been arrested on unrelated charges, including a Trenton man charged with stealing.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, David L. Shiner, 20, is charged with stealing in connection with an incident in which he allegedly appropriated a go-kart and motor owned by Stacy Davis and in possession of Tim Shuler for repairs. Shiner is being held on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court June 12.
Also arrested was Christopher Hilt, a 27-year-old Trenton resident, who is charged with a class D felony of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (third and subsequent offense). Bond on that charge is $5,000 cash or corporate surety. He was also arrested for violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $15,000 cash-only on that charge. Hilt remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court June 12.
A third person, Benjamin T. Milazzo, a 35-year-old Laredo resident, was arrested for failing to appear in court on charges of tampering with computer data and stalking. He has posted $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court June 12.
