Illinois Man Held In County Jail

An Illinois man is scheduled to appear in court today after being arrested on charges of non-support.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Nathaniel A. Lewellen, 31, of Machesney Park, IL, is facing a misdemeanor count of non-support as well as a felony count of non-support (non-payment for 12 months). He has one minor child for whom he has been ordered to pay support. Bond on the misdemeanor charge is $1,500 cash-only and bond on the felony charge is $5,000 cash-only. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
