A Milan man, James Colton, 19, has been arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant charging him with possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

Colton is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on a cash only bond of $500. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 8.
