Three people are now being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after arrests were made in separate incidents.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Samie Eason, a 51-year-old Jamesport resident, has been charged with identity theft, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. He is accused of using a Social Security number not lawfully issued to him with the intent to deceive or defraud. He is also accused of possessing marijuana and rolling papers. Eason is being held on a $1,000 cash bond.
Also arrested was Dolores A. Watts, also known as Delores A. Watts, a 48-year-old resident of 510 Main St. She is charged with violating a protection order for an adult by going to the residence of a person for whom the court had issued an order preventing her from stalking, initiating contact or going to her dwelling. She is accused of knocking on the subject’s front door and bedroom window in at attempt to initiate communication with her. Bond was set at $2,000 cash only.
Both Eason and Ms. Watts are scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8.
A third person, Mark T. Reando of St. Joseph, has also been arrested. Reando, 30, was arrested for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. Bond was set at $15,000 cash or corporate surety and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 17.
