According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Lee Rogers, 54, 1318 Oklahoma Ave., was arrested on a Grundy County warrant charging him with felony theft/stealing. He is being held on a $15,000 cash or corporate surety bond pending his appearance in court today.
