According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Jon P. Phillips, Jr., is charged with sexual misconduct for attempting to kiss and touch a female without her consent on May 3. He is being held on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 10 on that charge. He is also accused of violating the terms of his probation on original charges of stealing: without consent and forgery and is to appear in court to face those allegations on May 12.
Also arrested was Wanda Petrie, a 55-year-old Trenton resident who failed to appear in court to face burglary charges. She is being held on $10,000 cash-only bond and will appear in court May 10.
