A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, third or subsequent charge.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Jonathan McAtee, 25, is charged with the class D felony and has five prior convictions for the same offense. He is being held on $5,000 cash or corporate surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 12.
