A Green City woman is in custody at the Grundy County Detention Center after failing to appear in court.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 58-year-old Diana C. Ferguson is accused of not appearing in court on charges of passing bad checks. She was arrested Tuesday in Putnam County on a Grundy County warrant. Bond was set at $15,000 cash-only and she is scheduled to appear in court July 15.
