A Milan man is being held in the Grundy County Jail, accused of violating the terms of his probation.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Paul J. Diaz, Jr., was arrested in Sullivan County on a Grundy County warrant. He was on probation for an original charge of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance. Diaz is being held on $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 6.
