Spickard Man Faces Charge
According to the sheriff’s office, 29-year-old Jarrod Cook is accused of causing physical contact on Jan. 23 with a female who resides with him, knowing that she would find such contact offensive. He has posted $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 13.
