A Wheeling man is in the Grundy County Jail after being arrested for violating the terms of his probation.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 31-year-old Terry D. Clevenger was arrested on Livingston County authorities on a Grundy County Probation warrant. His original charge was passing bad checks. Clevenger is being held on $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 17.
