Arkansas Man Held In Jail

An Arkansas man is being held on cash bond after being arrested for failing to appear in court.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Devin Shemaitis of Peacy, AR, was arrested in Livingston County on charges of failing to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failing to display valid plates. Bond was set at $300 cash-only and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11.
