Two Trenton Women Arrested

Two Trenton women have been arrested and charged in unrelated incidents, including one woman who is charged with use of a child in a sexual performance.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 23-year-old Lori Stephenson is accused of knowingly inducing a child less than 17 years old to engage in a sexual performance. She is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 23.
Also arrested was 22-year-old Christina Osbon of Trenton who is charged with second degree burglary and forgery. She is accused of entering a home at 1418 Chestnut St., occupied by Joseph Cheek, for the purpose of stealing. She is also accused of using as genuine, a check drawn on Citizen’s Bank and Trust, to Save-A-Lot for $82.42 purportedly made by Joseph Cheek and knowing it had been made by another.
Bond was set at $15,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 23.
