A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Jail after failing to appear in court on two charges.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 27-year-old Daniel M. Betz failed to appear in court on charges of driving while revoked and not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle. Bond was set at $35,000 cash or corporate surety on the driving while revoked charge and $150 cash only on the charge of not maintaining financial responsibility. Betz is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 11.
