A Spickard man has been turned over to Linn County authorities after being arrested for failing to appear in court on two felony charges.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 46-year-old Terry Browning was arrested Friday for failing to appear in court on two unclassified felony counts in Linn County. Bond was set at $100,000.
