Two Area held In Grundy County Jail

Two men are being held in the Grundy County Jail after being arrested on unrelated charges.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 22-year-old Joseph Buchanan of Sedalia was arrested in Pettis County on Grundy County warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and non-support. He is being held in jail on cash bonds totaling $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in court June 14.
Also arrested was 24-year-old Chris Warren of Bethany, who was arrested in Harrison County on a Grundy County Probation and Parole warrant for violating the terms of his probation on a charge of first degree domestic assault. Bond was set at $25,000, cash-only, and he is scheduled to appear in court June 14.
