According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 18-year-old Ryan Duncan was arrested following an incident on May 1 in which he allegedly unlawfully entered a building at 124 E. Sixth St., owned or possessed by Jennifer Koenig for the purpose of committing assault. Bond was set at $25,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court May 7.
