A Versailles man is in custody after being arrested on six felony counts of non-support.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 48-year-old Eric J. Peterson is being held in the Grundy County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond. He is accused of not paying court-ordered support for two minor children. Peterson is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
