According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 39-year-old Leslie Bailey was arrested on a Grundy County warrant for failing to pay the $164.50 balance on a charge of passing bad checks. Bond was set at $300 cash-only, but he was released on his own recognizance due to a health concern. Bailey is scheduled to appear in court May 7.
