According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 34-year-old William Hoover has been charged with second degree burglary in connection with an incident in which he allegedly entered and remained unlawfully at a building located at 3417 E. 10th St., owned and/or possessed by Kenneth and Neva Harkins.
Hoover has posted $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 10.
