A Sedalia man was arrested recently on a Grundy County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court here.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department, 21-year-old Joseph Buchanan was arrested by probation and parole officers in Pettis County. He is accused of failing to appear in Grundy County Court on Oct. 12 to face charges of tampering with a motor vehicle.
Buchanan is being held in jail in lieu of $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 9.
