New Charge Faces Man Who Was Already In Custody

New charges of possession of drug paraphernalia have been filed against a man who was already being held on a probation violation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Patrick Shaun Michael, 48, has been charged with the class E felony of possession of drug paraphernalia, accused of possessing a glass pipe with the intent to use to ingest methamphetamine into his body. Michael is being charged as a prior and persistent offender. His bond on this charge has been set at $10,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court July 13.
