A Versailles man who had failed to appear in Grundy County court has posted bond after being arrested on Wednesday.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s office, James L. Baker, 59, was arrested for failing to appear in court on an original charge of failing to register as a sex offender, a class E felony.
Baker has posted 10 percent of his $5,000 bond and is scheduled to be in court July 15.
