A St. Joseph man who violated the terms of his probation has been arrested and posted bond.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, John W. Rothwell, 52, was arrested in Buchanan County for violating the terms of his probation on an original Grundy County charge of passing bad checks, a class C felony. He has posted $5,000 bond and was given a court date of Feb. 11.
