Two Held On Felony Charges

Cash bond was set for two defendants who were arrested over the weekend.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Keylee E. Vestal, an 18-year-old Trenton resident, is charged with a class D felony of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. She is accused of intentionally disseminating a private sexual picture of a subject to a Facebook account on July 25, with the intent to harass that person while knowing that the subject had not consented to the dissemination of the images. Ms. Vestal is being held on $10,000 cash-only bond, with a court date of Oct. 23.
Also arrested was Ismael Garcia Toris, 22, Newtown, who turned himself into authorities on a charge of second degree involuntary manslaughter, a class E felony. He is being held on $20,000 cash-only bond, accused of acting with criminal negligence by causing the death of John Kuttler by speeding and passing within 100 feet of an intersection. The accident occurred May 28 and Toris has a charge of following another vehicle too closely pending in that case as well. He was scheduled to appear in court today (Tuesday, Oct. 9).
