A Kansas City man has been charged with a class D felony of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 44-year-old Gary A. Colston is accused of possessing methamphetamine on July 10 in Grundy County. He is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $15,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court July 24.
