Milan Man Held On Violation

A Milan man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested on a probation violation.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Donald Brown III is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond after violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of passing bad checks (12 counts). He was transported to Grundy County from Morgan County and is scheduled to appear in court on June 14.
