A Trenton man who is already in the Grundy County Detention Center on burglary charges has yet again had probation violations filed against him.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Ricky E. Shoemaker is facing charges for violating the terms of his probation. His original charges include possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony and delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county jail, also a class C felony. Another violation is on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, deliver or sell, a class B felony. Shoemaker’s new bonds total $50,000 cash only. He is scheduled to appear in court June 14.
