Drug Charge Facing Trenton Man

A Trenton man has been arrested on a felony drug charge and is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old James R. Anderson is charged with possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class D felony. He is accused of possessing methamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance. He is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12.
