Several Held On Cash Bond

Cash bond has been set for four individuals arrested recently on unrelated charges.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Jacob D. Nunn of Brookfield has been arrested on a charge of fourth degree domestic assault, a class A misdemeanor. He is accused of recklessly causing physical pain to a family member by striking that person multiple times in the face, head and neck. He is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $2,500 cash-only bond, with a court appearance scheduled for Oct. 24.
Also scheduled for an Oct. 24 court date is Scott J. Purscell of Trenton, who is charged with fourth degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. He is accused of knowingly causing physical contact with a subject, knowing that the contact would be regarded as offensive or provocative. His bond is also $2,500 cash only.
A Jamesport woman, Breanna T. Clevenger, has been arrested for violating the terms of her probation on original charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, a class C felony, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Her bond has been set at $15,000 cash only and she is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 16.
A fourth person, Joseph A. Kincaid of Wyaconda has been arrested in connection with a 2014 incident, charged with tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing without consent, both class C felonies. He is accused of knowingly and without consent of the owner, defacing a 2000 E250 van, owned by the Green Hills Community Action Agency (now the Community Area Partnership of North Central Missouri) and stealing tools from that agency. His bond is $15,000 cash only and he is scheduled for an Oct. 24 court appearance.
