A Trenton woman who was already being held in the Grundy County Detention Center is now facing drug charges.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Dorothy Archuleta, 32, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a class D felony, with bond set at $15,000 cash only. In addition, she is charged with two class D misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, with bond set at $5,000 cash only. She is accused of possessing methamphetamine and marijuana on Sept. 5 and a syringe on Aug. 28. She is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center, with a Sept. 12 court appearance scheduled.
