According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Kyle J. Hoyle was arrested at Western Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center today and brought to Grundy County, where he is being held on charges of driving while intoxicated, not wearing a seat belt and failing to properly affix/fasten to/maintain motor vehicle or trailer plates, all charges for which he failed to appear in court. He is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on bonds totaling $950 cash only. Hoyle is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 12.
