Three persons have been arrested and are being held in the Grundy County Detention Center, including one who is facing a drug charge.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Mann Joseph Pittmann, 17, Laredo, is being held on $10,000 cash or corporate surety bond after being arrested on a class D felony charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana. He is accused of possessing amphetamine-dextroamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance, on Jan. 23. Pittmann is scheduled to appear in court April 25.
Also arrested was Adam D. Davidson, 30, Galt, who is accused of violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court May 11.
A third person, Jeffrey Hahn, 62, Trenton, was arrested for violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance. He will be returned to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
