Charges Are Facing Four

Four persons have been arrested over the weekend, including a man charged in two Spickard burglaries.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Nicholas Martin, a 24-year-old Trenton man, is being held on $20,000 cash-only bond after being arrested on two class C felony charges of second degree burglary. Martin is accused of entering unlawfully two inhabitable structures in Spickard for the purpose of stealing. One building was at N.W. State Highway C and N. Second Street, owned/possessed by Kenneth Olson, and the other was located at 202 W. Second St., and owned/possessed by Larry Stephens. Martin, who was picked up at the Missouri Department of Corrections in St. Joseph, is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 14.
Two persons were arrested on charges of non-support, including Emily M. Hendee, 36, Trenton, who is charged with a class E felony. She is accused of not providing court-ordered child support for three minor children for the 12 months comprising Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016. She remains in the Grundy County Detention Center on $5,500 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 14.
Also charged with a class E felony of non-support is Kevin D. Sullivan, 28, Chula, who is accused of not providing court-ordered child support for one minor child for more than 12 months. He has posted $5,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to be in court Feb. 14.
A fourth person, Devin A. Robinson, 28, has been returned to Grundy County from the Department of Corrections in Cameron, to face a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle, for which he failed to appear in court. Robinson is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $15,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to be in court Feb. 9.
