Two Trenton residents are being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred recently on West 15th Street.
According to Trenton Police Chief Tommy Wright, the two are Bobbi Jo Zimmer, 19, and Tony Dittemore, 23, and both have been charged with a class C felony of second degree burglary. The two are accused of entering a residence at 422 W. 15th St., owned by Steve and Danielle Ishmael for the purpose of stealing. They allegedly took electronics, jewelry, several firearms, a pellet gun, pocket knives and medication during the incident, which occurred sometime between Oct. 7 and 8. Ms. Zimmer and Dittemore are each being held on $10,000 cash or corporate surety bond and are scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25.
In an unrelated case, the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office has reported that 30-year-old Daniel L. Harding of Trenton will be returned to the Missouri Department of Corrections after violating the terms of his parole on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
