A Trenton man is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center after being arrested for failing to appear in court or pay as ordered by the court.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Grover Clifton Dow, Jr., 39, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear in court or pay on an original charge of first degree trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. His bond has been set at $300 cash-only and he is scheduled to appear in court July 26.
