10 Facing Drug Charges After Thursday Morning Sweep

Ten persons are facing felony drug charges after indictments were handed down by a Grundy County grand jury.
The 10 were arrested in a sweep on Thursday morning conducted by the Trenton Police Department, Grundy County Sheriff’s Office and members of the NITRO Drug Task Force. All are facing felony charges and all are being held on cash bond in the Grundy County Detention Center.
Those arrested include:
• Shandolyn J. Bradley, 33, Trenton. She is facing two class D felony charges of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, which was not more than five grams of marijuana. She is accused of agreeing with Timothy Persell and Kevin Ewing that one of them would distribute the marijuana to a confidential informant at 1850 E. Eighth St., Apt. 2, on Jan. 20, and of conspiring with Zane Homan to do the same on Jan. 25. Her bond is set at $10,000 cash-only.
• Jordan L. Cabra, 20, Trenton. He is charged with one count of class D felony conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and a class B felony of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance near a school. Cabra is accused of conspiring with another person to distribute not more than five grams of marijuana to a confidential informant at 1419 E. Ninth St. on Nov. 24, 2015. He is also accused of conspiring with the same person to distribute marijuana to a confidential informant at 12th and Rural streets on Nov. 14, 2015. That location is within 2,000 feet of property owned by the Trenton R-9 School District. His bond has been set at $20,000 cash-only.
• Kevin E. Ewing, 25, Trenton, is charged with a class D felony of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and two class C felonies of distributing a controlled substance. He is accused of conspiring with Timothy Persell that one of them would distribute not more than five grams of marijuana to a confidential informant at 1850 E. Eighth St., Apt. 2 on Jan. 11. He is also accused of distributing marijuana to a confidential informant at that same location on Jan. 13 and again on Jan. 20. His bond is set at $15,000 cash-only.
• Clyde V. Foster, 20, Trenton. He is charged with three counts of distribution or delivery of a controlled substance. He is accused of distributing not more than five grams of marijuana to a confidential informant on Dec. 15 and Dec. 21, 2015 and Jan. 8, 2016, all at 403 W. 15th St. He is being held on $20,000 cash-only bond.
• Zane Homan, 26, Chil-licothe. He is charged with one count of distributing or delivering a controlled substance, a class C felony. He is accused of distributing marijuana to a confidential informant on Jan. 25 at Eastside Park. Homan, who was already in custody at the GCDC, is being held on $15,000 cash-only bond on this charge.
• Terry F. Johnson, 60, Spickard. He is charged with one count of distribution of a controlled substance, a class B felony. He is accused of distributing methamphetamine to a confidential informant at 900 Main St., Apt. B on Jan. 6. His bond is $20,000 cash-only.
• Shauna M. Neff, 48, Trenton. She is charged with two class B felony counts of distribution of a controlled substance. She is accused of distributing more than five grams of marijuana to a confidential informant on two occasions, Dec. 4 and Dec. 18, 2015. The Dec. 4 incident allegedly occurred at 707 E. 20th St., while the second one occurred on East 20th, but the indictment does not list a house number. Her bond is $20,000 cash-only.
• Misty L. Miller, 48, Trenton. She is facing three class B felony charges of distribution of a controlled substance. She is accused of distributing Dilaudid pills, a schedule II controlled substance, at 1509 Mable St., on Nov. 25, Nov. 27 and Nov. 30, 2015. Her bond has been set at $20,000 cash-only.
• Patricia J. Todd, 48, Trenton, is charged with a class B felony of distribution of a controlled substance and is accused of distributing methamphetamine to a confidential informant at 140 E. Eighth St., on Feb. 25. Her bond is $20,000 cash-only.
• Timothy Persell Jr., 22, Trenton. He is charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance, all class C felonies. He is accused of distributing marijuana to a confidential informant at 1850 E. Eighth St., on Jan. 11, Jan. 13 and Jan. 20. His bond is $15,000 cash-only.
Since the defendants have been indicted by the grand jury, they will not have preliminary hearings, but will have their cases automatically moved to the Circuit Division, where they are all scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, May 12.
