Felony charges of non-support have led to the arrest of a Wheeling man.
According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, Patrick R. Oyler is charged with a class D felony of criminal non-support, accused of having in excess of 12 payments due for the court-ordered support of three children. Oyler is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $1,000 cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 26.
Also arrested was Jesse D. Richmond IV, 36, Spickard, who will be returned to the Missouri Department of Corrections after violating the terms of his parole on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
