A Princeton man has posted bond after being arrested for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Both of the charges filed against 35-year-old Billy J. Fischer are class D felonies, with him being charged with DWI: persistent offender and his charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license being his third or subsequent charge. He has two prior convictions of driving while intoxicated and four prior convictions of driving without a valid license. Fischer, who was arrested on Monday, has posted $20,000 cash or corporate surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 12.
